No real updates and support just closed my ticket
I was asking the support for updates for R1 and after 3 days they responded: "Hello, thank you for contacting us. our apologies for the delay, we will proceed with shipping the item to you right away. once item is picked up you will be notified with tracking. ..." the ticket got closed right away. now another 3 days later still nothing happend. In my opinion this is not a real update, the answer seems like copy paste and i really losing trust in this shop.
