All items sold by mykeyboard.eu and Tarpit BVBA are covered by the European standard warranty of two years. Malfunctioning products need to shipped back to Tarpit BVBA or mykeyboard.eu after contacting us and receiving an RMA number. Send us a brief description of the issue including your order number and invoice. If the issue can be resolved using software settings or firmware updates the product will not require shipping back to us. If a customer insist on returning the item he is allowed to do so. If no malfunctioning can be found the customer will be charged for all shipping costs. Tarpit BVBA and mykeyboard.eu will try to repair broken products at our own facilities and if the product is beyond repair we will replace it with another keyboard of the same model or a different model upon discussing with the customer for a maximum total cost equal to the original cost of the product purchased by the customer. If the required product is not in stock the customer may choose another model of a maximum total cost equal to the original cost of the product purchased by the customer.
Warranty is covered for all factory flaws, malfunctioning after regular wear and tear and electrical malfunctioning. Warranty is not covering electronical products damaged after contact with water and fall damage.
Products no longer covered by warranty can be repaired as well after agreeing upon repair costs.
Products purchased from mykeyboard.eu or Tarpit BVBA can be send back without any explanation or reasoning within fourteen days starting at the first day of the products arrival at the customer location.
The shipping costs to return the products are to be paid by the customer. We highly recommend tracked shipping. Products need to be shipped back in the original vendor packaging and without damage. All accessories that came with the product have to be included in the returned shipment and in their original state. Damaged products or products not send back in the original packaging will not be refunded. Tarpit BVBA or mykeyboard.eu will refund the purchased products after inspecting for damage within thirty days of the products arrival in our facilities.
