Poor Customer Support
After I got the keycaps I realized that there's a defect on the 6.25 spacebar key on the white alpha set and the black mod set. There was a small scratch and there's like a small piece of the keyboard missing on the white spacebar and the + sign under the + keycap was cracked leading to the keycap bounce out every time I press on it. I tried to contact mykeyboard but there was no reply other than a automatic generated email. It was over a week than I haven't get any reply from them so I am really disappointed since I really like this set of keycaps and this is the only website which have stock.
