Support does not know any information about versions . I assume they replied that the switches are new products (stock not versions). If there is a clear difference that the manufacturer informs us of we would indicate such in the product description. Nowhere do we mention that these are 'v2' and we have no heard anything from Gateron mentioned about this either so our product listing has not been updated to reflect anything about versions. Apologies for the confusion.
